My videos on the B100 are playing at much lower volume than my satellite feed, I put an amp on the B100, I have adjusted the volume to max on the B100, normalized audio when importing videos, anyone share this experience? any suggestions?

There are actually a few things that can cause this, and I would also be interested in hearing of other possible causes from the community.

Some causes we have run into over the years:
    * Majority of your content is mono, and something downstream is mixing the stereo output of the B100 into mono, effectively mixing a silent channel with the one with audio, and lowering the audio.
    * The output of your B100 is unbalanced, and the output of the satellite receiver is balanced audio - in addition to other differences, the dBV of balanced vs unbalanced audio differs with balanced being higher.

Both are fairly easily resolved situations, basically involving wiring in only the channels that include audio, or using converters such as a balanced to unbalanced (or vice-versa) converter. Again, while it will be interesting to hear the feedback of other users, please feel free to open a tech support case (support@telvue.com) if you want our help resolving this issue.
